ALIPPE Privacy Policy

This Policy explains what personal data is processed when using the sitehttps://alippe.biz, placing and executing orders, contacting support, using your personal account and receiving messages from ALIPPE.
The Policy applies to site visitors, customers, order recipients, representatives of organizations and other persons who provide ALIPPE with their personal data.
1. Owner of personal records
The processing of personal data is organized by the seller of the ALIPPE online store:

2. Applicable law and principles
2.1. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Digital Code of the Kyrgyz Republic and other applicable regulatory legal acts.
2.2. ALIPPE processes data lawfully, fairly and transparently, only for specified purposes, to the extent necessary and for no longer than required for these purposes or the fulfillment of legal obligations.
2.3. ALIPPE takes reasonable organizational and technical measures to ensure data integrity, confidentiality and availability.
3. What data can be processed
Depending on the website functions used, the following may be processed:
- first name, last name and address of the user;
- telephone number, email and delivery address;
- information about the recipient of the order;
- data of the organization or individual entrepreneur, position and powers of the representative if the order is placed for a business;
- composition, cost, status, history of orders, returns and requests;
- selected payment method and payment status; ALIPPE does not receive the full bank card number, security code or other data that is entered directly on the secure page of the bank or payment organization;
- content of messages, reviews, comments, uploaded product lists and attached files;
- information about consent granted or withdrawn for marketing communications;
- IP address, device and browser type, language, date and time of visit, address of the page viewed, referral source, session identifiers, cookies and information about actions on the site;
- other information voluntarily provided by the user and objectively necessary for the stated purpose.
ALIPPE does not ask for special categories of personal data unless required by law or a specific situation. Do not submit health information, biometric information, political or religious views, or other sensitive information through regular site forms.
4. Data sources
Data can be obtained:
- directly from the user when registering, placing an order, subscribing or contacting;
- automatically from the device and browser when using the site;
- from a representative of the organization who indicated the details of the recipient or contact person;
- from banks, payment organizations, delivery services and other providers - to the extent of the status of the operation or service;
- from legitimate public sources when necessary to verify the background of a business buyer.
The person transferring the data of another recipient or representative confirms that there is a legal basis for such transfer and undertakes to provide that person with the necessary information about the processing.
5. Purposes and grounds of processing
5.1. ALIPPE processes data for:
- registration and operation of your personal account;
- acceptance, confirmation, payment, packaging, delivery and return of the order;
- preparation of invoices, invoices, contracts and other documents;
- communication with the buyer or recipient, response to requests and settlement of claims;
- compliance with the requirements of accounting, tax and other legislation;
- preventing fraud, abuse, unauthorized access and technical incidents;
- ensuring the operation, diagnostics and improvement of the site;
- generation of anonymized statistics;
- directing advertising and personalizing marketing - only with the required consent or other legal basis.
5.2. The grounds for processing are the conclusion and execution of a contract, actions initiated by the user before concluding a contract, fulfillment of obligations under the law, legitimate interests of ALIPPE or third parties without violating the rights of the user, and, where necessary, the voluntary consent of the user.
5.3. If the data is required to place or deliver an order, the corresponding operation may not be possible without it. Providing data for promotional mailings and optional analytics is voluntary and does not affect the ability to make a purchase.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
6.1. The site uses cookies and local identifiers. They can store your session, cart, language, settings, privacy banner choices, and information needed to secure the site.
6.2. Necessary cookies are used for site functionality and security. Disabling them in the browser may result in the cart, authorization, and other functions not working properly.
6.3. Analytical and marketing technologies are used only if there is an appropriate basis and taking into account the user's choice in the cookie banner. The site may use web analytics services Google Analytics and Yandex Metrica, which receive technical information about the device, visits and actions on the site in accordance with their terms.
6.4. The user can select “Only necessary”, change browser settings, delete cookies or limit their use. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to its withdrawal.
6.5. The storage period for cookies depends on their purpose and the settings of the corresponding service. Session cookies are deleted after the session ends, persistent cookies expire after a set period or when deleted by the user.
7. Advertising messages
7.1. Advertising messages by email, SMS or via instant messengers are sent if there is a separate voluntary consent or other legal basis.
7.2. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter for free at any time:
- via the “Unsubscribe” link in the message;
- through your personal account settings, if the function is available;
- by email to info@alippe.biz;

7.3. Upon refusal, ALIPPE will cease marketing communications without undue delay. A minimal record of the fact of refusal may be kept so as not to resume mailing erroneously.
7.4. Notifications about orders, payment, delivery, returns, account security and support responses are service messages and may be sent without marketing consent when necessary to fulfill a contract or user request.
8. Transfer of data to other parties
ALIPPE may only transfer data to the extent necessary to the following categories of recipients:
- delivery services, couriers and pick-up points;
- banks, payment organizations and cash service providers;
- providers of hosting, software, communications, email, SMS and instant messengers;
- to analytics service providers - subject to the user's choice and applicable basis;
- accountants, auditors, legal consultants and support contractors subject to confidentiality obligations;
- government agencies, courts and other authorized persons if there is a legal requirement;
- to the new owner or successor of the business during reorganization or transfer of the relevant part of the activity while ensuring legal data protection.
Recipients and processors receive only the data that is necessary to perform the assigned function and are obliged to ensure their protection.
ALIPPE does not sell users' personal data as an independent product.
9. Cross-border transfer
Use of international hosting, analytics, email or other digital services providers may result in the transfer of data outside of the Kyrgyz Republic. Prior to such transfer, ALIPPE applies the grounds and protections provided by the Digital Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, including verification of the admissibility of the destination country, contractual measures, user consent or the need to perform a contract, as appropriate.
10. Shelf life
10.1. Data is retained for as long as necessary for the relevant purpose, after which it is deleted, anonymized or archived if there is a legal basis.
10.2. Information about orders, payments and documents may be stored for mandatory accounting, tax and claims periods. Account data is generally retained until it is deleted or service is terminated, unless longer retention is required by law or to resolve a dispute.
10.3. Correspondence and requests are stored for the period of processing the request and a reasonable period for confirming the decisions made. Marketing data is used until consent is withdrawn or the relevant basis is terminated.
10.4. Backups are deleted as part of a scheduled rewrite cycle, provided that necessary security measures and access restrictions are maintained.
11. Data protection
ALIPPE applies access control, accounts and passwords, secure HTTPS connection, backups, event logging, software updates and other measures appropriate to the risk of processing.
Only people who need it for work are granted access. However, no method of transmitting or storing data provides absolute security. When an incident is detected, ALIPPE takes measures to localize it, eliminate the consequences and notify it in cases provided for by law.
The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password, not sharing verification codes with others, and reporting suspicious activity to ALIPPE.
12. User rights
In cases and within the limits provided for by the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic, the user has the right to:
- obtain information about the processing of your data and access to personal records relating to him;
- demand clarification or correction of inaccurate data;
- object to certain processing methods or purposes;
- demand restriction of processing or deletion of data if there are grounds provided for by law;
- withdrawing consent is as easy as it was given;
- receive the data provided to him in an applicable structured format, where such a right is provided for by law;
- file a complaint with the State Agency for the Protection of Personal Data under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic or with the court.
To exercise your rights, please send a request to info@alippe.biz. For data protection purposes, ALIPPE has the right to request information necessary to confirm the identity and authority of the applicant. The answer is provided within the period established by law.
Deletion or restriction of data may not be possible to the extent that ALIPPE is required to store by law, which is necessary for the performance of a valid contract, the protection of rights in a dispute or to ensure security.
13. Children's data
The site is not intended for the independent provision of personal data by children who, by law, do not have the right to take appropriate actions without the participation of a legal representative. If the processing of a child's data requires the consent of a legal representative, ALIPPE requests such consent. The legal representative can contact info@alippe.biz to clarify or delete data if there are legal grounds.
14. Automated processing
The site can automatically sort products, show recommendations, identify technical errors and suspicious activity. ALIPPE does not make solely automated decisions that, without human intervention, give rise to legal consequences for the user or similarly significantly affect the user, unless otherwise specifically stated or provided for by law.
15. Third Party Sites
The site may contain links to the resources of banks, payment organizations, delivery services, social networks and other third parties. Their data processing is subject to their own policies. ALIPPE does not dictate the practices of a third-party site simply because it contains a link.
16. Change of Policy
ALIPPE may update the Policy if legislation, site functionality or processing changes. The new edition is valid from the date of publication indicated at the beginning of the document. If the change significantly affects the user's rights, ALIPPE will use a reasonable method of notification.
